It's April and the flowers are in bloom, and I, Kohei Hasekura,
have just completed my tenth transfer to another school. My new school
is Shuchikan Academy. I don't really care that it's a college-prep
school or the fact that it has a long history based in the Christian
school of thought. The thing I care about the most is the all the
students live in dorms. Now I won't be dragged along with my father
every time he gets transferred. I'm finally free. I'll wake up in a dorm
room, go to school with friends, take fulfilling classes, go back to my
dorm. At night, I'll be able to do what I want, and then retire to bed.
I thought my days were going to be calm and peaceful, but... There's a
vice-president with way too much energy, an underclassman that's
extremely clean and keeps to herself, a mysterious classmate, a dorm
master that wouldn't know common sense if it hit them on the back of the
head, and a childhood friend of mine that can't stop worrying. Lots of
people with lots of quirks. This is going to get crazy. I feel like, if
I'm here, I'll be able to get back what I lost moving all the time, what
I was never able to find. Right now, I'm still only vaguely sure what
that is, though.
April - This is the tenth transfer for Kohei Hasekura, an event to be
remembered. His new school Shuchikan Academy is a rather preppy,
traditional, Christian place, and what matters is that it's a boarding
school. This means that he won't have to be dragged away by his dad and
his endless string of job transfers. Kohei has a chance at a settled
life that he has always desired. He can take back all the things he left
behind and all the things he missed in his transferring days.
